Outpatient Eating Disorder Treatment for Florida Residents
The Renfrew Center of West Palm Beach, FL is an outpatient facility specializing in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating as well as the full range of eating disorders. We reinforce a sense of community by helping patients recognize shared themes and struggles. Programming currently consists of a comprehensive range of virtual options including Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Services.
Our location allows patients to easily transition between all levels of care, including Residential treatment at The Renfrew Center of Coconut Creek, FL, just a short 45-minute drive away. Outpatient services are also available at The Renfrew Center of Orlando.

Welcome to the heart of Renfrew! Our clinical team is comprised of leaders in the eating disorder field who create personalized treatment plans and provide the highest quality care to you or your loved one.
LCMHCS, LPC, CEDS-C, BC-TMH Regional Assistant Vice President
Ms. Edwards-Gayfield (she/her/hers), oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN and West Palm Beach, FL locations. Additionally, she also serves as Co-Chair for Renfrew’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. A Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in North Carolina, she received her Master’s degree in Counseling from UNC at Charlotte. Ms. Edwards-Gayfield has extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders with special interest in women’s issues, relationship concerns, depression and anxiety, self-esteem and body image. Ms. Edwards-Gayfield is an advocate for the awareness of eating disorders affecting Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Ms. Edwards-Gayfield is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences, primarily discussing eating disorders and diversity. Ms. Edwards-Gayfield is a member of several professional organizations, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Approved Consultant (CEDS-C) of iaedp™ and is the former Co-Chair of the African American Eating Disorder Professionals Committee (AAEDP). She also contributed a chapter in the recently published book, Treating Black Women with Eating Disorders: A Clinician’s Guide.

Dr. Gelman (she/her), received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders at all levels of care from inpatient, residential, partial/day, IOP, and outpatient. Dr. Gelman first joined The Renfrew Center of Coconut Creek, FL in 2013 and later completed her clinical internship with Renfrew. She then moved to Virginia where she worked at an inpatient eating disorder unit at Dominion Hospital as a Primary Therapist and a Program Manager. In 2019, Dr. Gelman returned to her roots with Renfrew and currently serves as Site Director at The Renfrew Center of West Palm Beach. She is a member of the South Florida chapter of iaedp and is a Board Certified Telemental Heath provider.

PMHNP-BC Nurse Practitioner
Holly Willis (she/her/hers), MSN, PMHNP-BC graduated from Georgia State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse in emergency departments in the Atlanta area until 2017. She returned to Georgia State University in 2018 to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a student, she worked as an intern with The Renfrew Center of Atlanta before being hired in December 2020. She currently serves as the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Orlando, Atlanta, West Palm Beach and Renfrew@Home Southeast where she sees PHP clients individually and facilitates a group educating clients about the medical and psychological aspects of eating disorders.
