In recognizing National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (led by NEDA), February 21 – February 27, 2022, The Renfrew Center is sponsoring its annual support campaign. Our theme this year, Live Your REEL REAL Life, acknowledges the fact that social media is often referred to as a highlight reel. Posts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook tend to depict only the perfect moments of our lives rather than portraying the full picture.

Join us for a variety of events throughout the week, including a virtual yoga class. We invite you to come quiet your mind and connect with your body. This gentle movement practice, led by Baily Laitin, LMHC, welcomes all levels to join us from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Facilitated by:

Baily Laitin, LMHC, is Team Leader at The Renfrew Center of New York. She received her Bachelor’s degree in dual studies of Psychology and Dance from James Madison University and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. Ms. Laitin began at the New York site as an Intern while attending graduate school, and later served as Primary Therapist. She specializes in the treatment of adolescents and families, trauma, mindfulness based psychotherapy, eating disorders, and parent education. Ms. Laitin is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and incorporates restorative movement practices into the therapeutic process.
