I can confidently say that I would not be the person I am today without the support, guidance, and healing space offered to me by The Renfrew Center. Going in and being in treatment was hard work, and also it is the best decision I have ever made. As I continue in my recovery outside of treatment, my worldview has been expanded to find that there really is a full life waiting for me outside of my eating disorder!
