During my residential stay at The Renfrew Center of Florida, the love from my friends and family back home combined with the kindness from individuals at the center surrounded me and strengthened me. For the first time ever, I was able to let my guard down. I learned to embrace the present moment, letting my past fade and discovering how I wanted to build my future. My eating disorder is a fading memory, like a bad relationship. The pieces of my life and myself are coming together.
