#WorldMentalHealthDayWithRenfrew
Hosted annually by the World Federation for Mental Health, World Mental Health Day recognizes the importance of mental health and the collective efforts needed to create a more supportive and compassionate world. This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” emphasizes the value of amplifying personal stories and ensuring that those with lived experience are heard, respected, and included in conversations about mental health care and recovery.
At The Renfrew Center, we believe that education, support, and connection can help create meaningful change. In honor of World Mental Health Day, we are sharing a handful of free resources that offer information, inspiration, and support for individuals impacted by eating disorders and mental health challenges.
