Working toward recovery often signals a major shift in how we see ourselves, along with fears about how others may perceive us. For many, letting go of an eating disorder can feel disorienting and raise questions about who we are without it. This panel discussion explores the uncomfortable, necessary, and deeply meaningful process of developing an authentic self in recovery.
Join Erin Birely, LCPC, Alumni Services Coordinator, in conversation with alumni who understand this experience firsthand. Panelists will share their recovery stories, including how they moved beyond an eating-disorder-driven identity and made meaningful strides toward becoming who they truly are.
Join us for this inspiring discussion and bring your own questions to ask the panelists.
