Presented by: Rebecca Gonley, LMHC, LPC, LPCC - Site Director, The Renfrew Center of New York

Held Online

Seasonal transitions can be particularly vulnerable times in recovery. As summer approaches, it may bring a sense of possibility and connection—but also unique triggers that require thoughtful care and preparation. Changes in schedules, travel, sleep routines, camps, cookouts, vacations, “fear foods,” and warm-weather clothing can all heighten stress and body image concerns.

Join Rebecca Gonley, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, to explore strategies for navigating seasonal disruptions with structure, confidence, and self-compassion. You’ll gain practical tools to manage summer triggers, maintain recovery-focused routines, and approach the season with greater flexibility and resilience.
