Finding connection and understanding can make all the difference for people contemplating recovery from an eating disorder. The Renfrew Center’s free online support groups offer welcoming, non-clinical spaces to share experiences, gain encouragement, and build community with others who are navigating questions and challenges.
Whether you’re considering recovery yourself or supporting a loved one, our groups are designed for college-aged individuals, adults, and support persons and provide a compassionate place to connect and feel supported in every step of the way.
All groups are free to attend, and questions can be directed to [email protected].
