The Gift of Self-Care: Recovery in the Holiday Season (Video)

Lit candle among holiday lights.

The holiday season often brings with it moments of anticipation, joy, connection, and reflection. For those struggling with an eating disorder, it can be a particularly tricky time to navigate recovery alongside family dynamics, unpleasant memories, travels and/or increased food triggers.

This webinar will share how to craft a recovery plan for this season utilizing mindfulness, self-compassion, connection, communication, and self-care strategies. Take this chance to acknowledge your needs and feel empowered in your environment. You can do hard things!
