Being 40 years old, I came into the program with apprehension that anything would change, but I was beyond amazed at how the virtual program ran. I know recovery will be a lifetime journey, but I feel like I finally have my life back, and I just thank everyone at Renfrew for pushing me to be who I never thought I could be.
