For alumni and those seeking extra support during their recovery journey.

Building Resilience in Recovery
The holiday season can be filled with celebration and joy. However, this time of year can also bring with it a wide range of emotions and circumstances that may interfere with eating disorder recovery.
Join us for a FREE interactive and supportive workshop that will help you enjoy the holidays while building emotional and relational resilience along your journey.
Attendees will:
- Address underlying emotional factors that often drive their symptoms.
- Learn tips to cultivate healthy relationships in recovery.
- Identify and prioritize values to determine what is important to them.
- Develop a plan for staying recovery-focused through the holiday season.
Event time is local to each site’s time zone. Attendees will need access to wi-fi, and a device with a camera, microphone and audio capabilities. A Zoom link will be emailed out prior to the online event.
Space is limited.
For questions, please contact Paige Brown at [email protected].
