(Re)Claiming Your Identity In Recovery

Wednesday, September 10, 2025 • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (ET)

Free | Interactive Webinar
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (ET)

Presented by: Erin Birely, LCPC - Alumni Services Coordinator, The Renfrew Center

Held Online

Eating disorders can distort our priorities and disconnect us from the people, places, and passions that once felt meaningful. Join Erin Birely, Alumni Services Coordinator, as she explores how eating disorders can shape, and even hijack, our sense of identity, and what it looks like to reconnect with our authentic selves in recovery.

This webinar will examine how our beliefs and guiding principles are formed, how they shift over time, and how to identify what truly matters beyond the eating disorder or diet culture. Together, we’ll take steps toward living with intention and purpose in recovery.
