Harvesting Growth: Recovery’s Journey of Transformation

When we think of Fall, images may come to mind of leaves turning golden, sunlight turning softer, and temperatures turning crisper. Beyond the sights and smells, Fall offers a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our values and recovery journey.  

The Renfrew Center of Radnor invites you to an interactive Fall Workshop focused on the transformation that unfolds during this season. We will explore the simultaneous transformation of the recovery journey, unpack the difficulties that can arise around change, while planning for, and celebrating the opportunities of transformation.  

Attendees will:

• Define transformation and explore experiences of change throughout life and recovery.
• Discuss how transformation is a natural state in aging, to changing interests and values.
• Process emotions around change and the loss that can come with it.
• Explore ways to welcome transformation and make plans for the things we want to change.
• Connect with Renfrew staff, fellow alumni, and their commitment to recovery.

A simple snack will be provided.
