Presented by: Ashley Moser, LMFT, CEDS - Clinical Training Specialist, The Renfrew Center
Held Online
Do you practice what you preach? While professionals may know all the “right things to do”, actually following through with these strategies can be just as challenging for professionals as it is for clients.
Burnout and compassion fatigue can be common in the field of eating disorders, leading to feelings of exhaustion, stress, and less fulfilling work. This webinar will take a real and honest look at the challenges eating disorder professionals face in caring for themselves while they take care of others. Attendees will learn ways to practice self-care by increasing self-awareness and decreasing the disconnect between knowing what to do and actually following through with it, benefiting themselves and their clients by extension.
