Renfrew’s Eating Disorder Awareness Week campaign, We’ve Got the Power, is rooted in empowerment. It is a message which tells us we are strong enough to overcome and to live fully. Once we’re able to find our inner strength, many of us feel called to share that light, wanting to help others that are in the shoes we once stood in.

In this virtual community event, join alum, Julia Hark, and Site Director at The Renfrew Center of Radnor, Jessica Taylor, LPC, to discuss advocacy work at its most basic level, starting with you. This group will focus on defining what vulnerability means to you, owning your story, and how to start your journey towards being an advocate.

The Renfrew Center is proud to join other eating disorder organizations throughout the country to celebrate Eating Disorders Awareness Week, held February 27 – March 5, 2023. Our theme this year, We’ve Got the Power, aims to acknowledge the effects of societal pressures to look or live a certain way. Learn more about our campaign as well as other events here.
