As we near the end of February, it can feel like Winter will never end. We may look to the hope and excitement of Spring, though snow on the ground and cooler temperatures remind us that we are still resolutely in Winter. As we look ahead to the promise of Spring, it is important to cultivate connection and practices that maintain routine and foster resilience. Join us for a free interactive and supportive workshop to help you beat the winter blues in your recovery!

Attendees will:

  • Create and reinforce connection with other alumni and Renfrew Center staff.
  • Discuss how the Winter season impacts their eating disorder and recovery.
  • Brainstorm ways to tolerate the slower winter months after holidays while maintaining motivation for recovery.
  • Participate in an experiential activity to support behaviors that maintain motivation and allow them to tolerate lower moods without letting them impact behaviors.
