Bake It Till You Make It DocumentaryJoin The Renfrew Center of Massachusetts for a viewing of the inspiring documentary, Bake It Till You Make It, featuring Renfrew Alum, Dayna Altman. Following the film, attendees are invited to participate in a Q&A with Dayna.

Dayna lets the world into her recovery process and how she found baking to be her best conversation starter. Now she has started a movement to live authentically, speak openly and bake bravely and influenced and inspired many lives by doing so.

*Parking can be found near The Renfrew Center of Boston, either at metered spaces on surrounding streets, or at 925 Commonwealth Avenue (next to the Agganis Athletic Arena), Boston, MA 02215. Once parked, please take the east elevators from the garage which will be the closest entrance to The Renfrew Center of Boston. Public transportation is available through the Green B Line and exiting at the Boston University West stop. The Renfrew Center of Boston entrance is at the rear of 870 Commonwealth Avenue on Dummer Street.

Dayna Altman is an energetic and dynamic speaker, entrepreneur, author, and creator. The full force and sole operator of Bake it Till You Make it LLC, Dayna harvests her passion for mental health advocacy by using food and baking to create an authentic recipe for vulnerable storytelling. A nationally recognized mental health leader by the Biden-Harris administration, a dual graduate of Northeastern University and an active Boston community member, Dayna has experience both working in the mental health field and with youth-based non-profits. Currently, Dayna pursues public speaking, writing cookbooks and poetry, documentary filmmaking, and exploring new ways to change the world using her own story. Living with depression and OCD, as well as being in recovery from an eating disorder and sexual assault, Dayna Altman truly lives her message.
