The post-holiday season can leave a lot to process, and as the new year begins, there’s often added pressure to make resolutions that might not align with your recovery. With all this noise, it can be hard to hear your own voice and stay grounded in what truly matters. To help you recenter and reconnect, we invite you to join us for “Let’s Talk: Reflecting & Resetting in the New Year,” a live Q&A event with Dr. Samantha DeCaro, PsyD, Director of Clinical Outreach & Education. This supportive, interactive session will explore ways to:
- Reflect on challenging holiday experiences
- Cope with setbacks & self-criticism
- Create realistic, values-based goals
- Enter the new year with compassion & clarity
Come to connect, ask questions, and leave with tools to help you feel grounded in 2026. If you already have a question in mind, feel free to submit it now or bring it with you to the live event.
