As summer comes to a close and the new school year approaches, many of us experience a mix of excitement, anxiety, and uncertainty. For those navigating recovery from an eating disorder, the back-to-school season can feel especially overwhelming. To support you during this transition, we invite you to join a live Q&A session with Renfrew Team Leaders Alyssa Baum, PsyD, CEDS-C, and Rachel Tannenbaum, PsyD.
This interactive discussion will focus on prioritizing recovery in school and will cover essential topics such as meal planning, managing stress, navigating social dynamics, choosing clothing that feels comfortable, practicing self-care, and more. Join us for guidance, support, and a sense of community – and leave feeling equipped with a backpack full of practical tools, recovery tips, and meaningful insights for the semester ahead. We encourage you to be part of the conversation by submitting your questions in advance to [email protected].
