Site Director

The Renfrew Center of Boston, MA has an opening for a Full-Time Site Director

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage all components of the non-residential site, including: daily clinical and administrative operations, human resource management, fiscal oversight, oversight of utilization review function, quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation.
  • Ensure that documentation compliance requirements are met consistently.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding clinical program development.
  • Provides clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team, clinical supervision and support to Team Leaders.
  • Review level of care assessments and work collaboratively with Admissions Coordinators.

Position Responsibilities:
