Position Responsibilities:  

Implement and manage all components of the non-residential site, including:

  • Daily clinical and administrative operations, human resource management, fiscal oversight, oversight of utilization review function, quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Team Leaders and Clinical Supervisors

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Site Director is responsible for the successful implementation, ongoing management and market growth for all components of The Renfrew Center site for which s/he is accountable. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Daily clinical and administrative operations

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform all activities related to patient admission.
  • Assist in the oversight of psychological evaluations, medical and psychiatric clearance, coordination of the admission and pre-certification process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitors and increases efficiency, performance, and skill levels within the department that results in increased collections and reduced days in A/R. Ensures collection goal are achieved or exceeded monthly on a regular basis.
