Held Online via Zoom
Advocating for Your Recovery
Standing up for yourself and your needs in recovery is one of the greatest steps you can take to return to a value-driven life, free of an eating disorder.
Join us for our Annual Fall Reunion, held virtually, where you will have the opportunity to reconnect with Renfrew and fellow alumni while gaining tools to strengthen your recovery. No matter where you are in your journey or what levels of care you completed with us, this online event is for you!
- Learn how emotion-driven behaviors (EDBs) may keep them from advocating for their recovery needs.
- Explore ways to lean into the discomfort of going against others and making themselves as a priority.
- Acquire skills to set boundaries and possibly leave a relationship if their needs and values aren’t being upheld.
Event time is local to each site’s time zone. Attendees will need access to wi-fi, and a device with a camera, microphone and audio capabilities. A Zoom link will be emailed out prior to the online event.
