Relationships naturally shift and evolve throughout life, and recovery can bring its own changes to how we connect with others. In a culture that often centers appearance, competition, and productivity, building and sustaining authentic relationships can feel especially challenging.
Join Alumni Services Coordinator Erin Birely, LCPC, and Alumni Services Representative Kasha Seltzer, MA, LCMHC-A, NCC, for an interactive Q&A focused on creating meaningful connections, navigating relationship changes, and fostering supportive community throughout recovery.
Come to connect, ask questions, and leave with tools to help you feel more supported in your relationships. If you already have a question in mind, you’re welcome to submit it in advance or bring it to the live discussion.
For questions, please contact [email protected].
