Held online (a Zoom link will be emailed out prior to the event) 

The Renfrew Center is hosting a virtual support group for our alumni who are considered essential workers during the COVID–19 pandemic. Participants in this online event will:

  • Discuss the challenges uniquely faced by those in eating disorder recovery who are still reporting to work, such as healthcare providers, grocery store employees, retail workers, etc.
  • Brainstorm ways to support our recovery and mental health while following health and safety recommendations.
  • Receive take-away tips to keep themselves mentally and emotionally strong and stable in their recovery during this time of uncertainty.

Attendees will need access to wi-fi, and a device with a camera, microphone and audio capabilities.

Please note: this event is for Renfrew alumni who are considered essentia workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Space is limited.
