Most clinicians would agree that the therapeutic relationship is imperative to healing, change, and growth. We know that eating disorders are rooted in disconnection from self and others. What may be less known, however, is that disconnection can still occur in growth-fostering relationships.

This virtual 2 CE presentation will focus on utilizing the principles of Relational Cultural Therapy with individuals with eating disorders and will demonstrate how to harness the power of the therapeutic relationship to achieve a stronger connection, authentic communication, and emotional resilience in the face of disconnection.
