Media Literacy: Every day we are bombarded with images and messages from the media and, whether we like it or not, our brains are constantly absorbing information about how we should think and feel about our bodies and our food choices.
This webinar will provide the mental tools required to help you and your clients become critical consumers by identifying, deconstructing and redefining the media’s manipulative messages. You will learn how companies leverage our emotions and basic needs to influence the choices we make. Help empower your clients to shift cultural norms and challenge companies that perpetuate toxic ideals.
