Exercise can be a major challenge for those in recovery. Whether it is a newly acquired behavior or a previously existing symptom of the eating disorder, many often wonder what this can look like during the recovery process.

In this webinar, we will review guidelines of appropriate exercise as well as how to identify if it is delaying recovery. Discussion will include tips to maintain proper nutritional intake while finding balance with exercise, and suggestions will be provided for improving your overall relationship with healthy physical activity in recovery.
