Tools to Support Recovery This Holiday Season
Presented by: Jaclynn Cosan, PsyD
Team Leader, The Renfrew Center of Pittsburgh
Wednesday, December 9, 2020
The holiday season often brings joy, connection and cherished memories. For those struggling with an eating disorder, these special moments may be challenged by travel, stress, family dynamics, and increased food triggers.
This webinar will explore self-compassion as a vehicle for navigating difficult experiences. Attendees will learn practical strategies to better care for themselves, refresh mindfulness skills, reflect on emotional resilience, and build upon natural strengths. The presentation will conclude with an action plan for cultivating self-forgiveness and self-kindness as you progress through the holidays and look forward to the new year ahead.
