The Renfrew Center of Charlotte is hosting a free workshop for adolescent girls and women ages 13 and above who are interested in learning more about emotional eating.

Through a psychotherapeutic, experiential approach to self-care, this workshop will provide attendees with tools needed to shift their focus from emotional eating to mindful eating by employing hunger and satiety cues. Attendees will also explore the physiological and psychological factors that influence their eating behaviors and participate in a mindful eating experience.
