Join us for a FREE virtual yoga class, open to the Chicagoland community.
We invite you to come quiet your mind and connect with your body. This restorative style class welcomes all levels to join us from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Following the class, an optional check-in will be available for those who are interested, facilitated by Elizabeth Black, LCPC, Site Director at The Renfrew Center of Chicago.
Class Led by:
Kelsey Stoll is a 500-hr ERTY Vinyasa instructor and Lululemon Ambassador. She is passionate about using yoga as a way to cultivate a healing relationship with one's body and mind. She has taught yoga for Yoga for Recovery in Lake Cook County Jail, a Safe Place in Zion, and I-Grow Chicago in the south side. She currently runs Compass Hiking and Yoga Retreats and manages Forever Om Yoga Vernon Hills.
Kelsey has been working at The Renfrew Center of Chicago for one year running the Mindful Movement group therapy.
