Recovering in a Virtual World:
Facing Fears, Overcoming Obstacles and Harnessing Hope
Adjusting to life within and following a pandemic can bring up new fears and obstacles for many individuals. For those in recovery from an eating disorder, the social isolation, inconsistent routines, and limited resources can be especially challenging to cope with.
Join us for a FREE interactive online workshop where we will discuss how recovery may be impacted during this time, where to find support and what we can do to stay on track.
- Discuss the challenges uniquely faced by those in eating disorder recovery during this time.
- Learn tools to address extreme thoughts and behaviors.
- Receive take-away tips to keep themselves mentally and emotionally strong and stable in their recovery.
Attendees will need access to wi-fi, and a device with a camera, microphone and audio capabilities.
A Zoom link will be emailed out prior to the online event.
