The Renfrew Center Named Healthiest Employer by The Philadelphia Business Journal
The Renfrew Center, the nation's first and largest network of eating disorder treatment facilities, announced it has been named the Healthiest Employer of all medium-sized companies by The Philadelphia Business Journal. This honor recognizes The Renfrew Center's commitment to health and wellness in the workplace.
In addition to receiving this honor, The Renfrew Center was also awarded "Healthiest Employers Winner" for the second year in a row.
"We are honored to receive this award," said Marsha Ejiofor, Director of Human Resources at The Renfrew Center. "At Renfrew we work hard to promote a healthy workforce and working environment and, by doing so, we hope to model healthy living for our patients."
The Healthiest Employer awards program recognizes organizations that are committed to creating a healthy workplace. Participants complete an online survey administered by a national benchmarking firm, Healthiest Employers of Indianapolis. Company responses are compared with local and national survey samples and scored according to a format that rewards attributes known to distinguished wellness programs.
