The Year in Review:
Learn How the Past Can Set You Up for the Future
As 2012 rolls to an end, the successes and struggles of the past year become footprints in the sands of time. Though these experiences may be in the past, they are not forgotten and are imprinted in your memory bank. How you set the stage for the future may in part be determined by your understanding of what has already occurred. Learning how the past can set you up for the future is a crucial part of your recovery journey.
Join us for our last webinar of the year as Dr. Pence walks you through the process of understanding the importance of that which has already occurred. She will help you create a vision for the future and explore how to set personal goals that feel both good and achievable. The importance of determining your core values and using them as the center stone of your own recovery journey in 2013 will be discussed.
Let’s celebrate the past year together and take the time to imagine another year of hope and joy!
