Setting Intentions for the New Year:
Values-based or Eating Disorders-based?
Wednesday, January 23, 2019
In this webinar, Adriana Labarta, M.Ed., Ed.S., Aftercare Coordinator at The Renfrew Center of Florida, will provide participants with specific values-based strategies to set goals for 2019 that do not trigger past eating disorder thoughts and patterns. Because mindfulness, values-clarification and self-care play a dominant role in setting positive intentions that are realistic and attainable, attendees will develop skills to ground themselves in the present moment and increase compassion for yourself.
Please encourage family and friends to join the webinar to reflect on how self-care also allows them to increase their support for loved ones in recovery.
