Wednesday, July 19th
We all carry on an internal dialogue with ourselves— there is nothing wrong in that. What is important involves what kind of dialogue you are “feeding” yourself. Is it positive and supportive or negative and critical? Find out how self-talk affects you mentally, emotionally and physically. It can even influence your interpersonal interactions, your career or growth as a professional. This webinar will explore the connection between negative self-talk and wellbeing and help you understand the power of the messages you give yourself. Attendees will be able to identify common thinking traps and will learn tips for turning negative patterns around.
