Holding Onto Recovery:
Staying On Track No Matter What Life Throws Your Way
Presented by: Hannah Beaver, LCSW
Wednesday, July 18, 2018
Life is full of changes, and while some can be exciting and positive, others can be challenging and disruptive. When it comes to recovery, transitional periods in life can be some of the hardest times to hold strong, whether they are welcomed changes or not. Although we can’t live life avoiding these situations, (nor would we even want to!), we can learn to face them with strength and courage.
During this webinar, Hannah Beaver will discuss different life transitions (academic, career shifts, relationships) and how these may interfere with the recovery process. Attendees will learn how to navigate through these times of change, while still maintaining the progress they have made in their recovery.
