Everyone has a story. In this webinar, Rachel Tenny, Renfrew’s Alumni Coordinator, will be joined by Kristen Brunello, Renfrew Alumna, who will share her own personal story. Kristen will talk about where her journey has led her but, more importantly, where her journey is taking her now.

We will use this opportunity to think together about how we move ahead in health and happiness, building a magnificent life and a great story in our recovery. We encourage you to take time and open yourself to this very special webinar as we celebrate recovery!

About the Presenters:

Rachel Tenny, MA, LPCA, is Alumni Coordinator and Primary Therapist at The Renfrew Center of Charlotte. She received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Creative Art Therapy, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Ms. Tenny has worked in Residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She is passionate about helping women embrace recovery and find their value outside of their eating disorder.

Kristen Brunello, Renfrew Alumna, is the Founder of Always a Being, which provides affordable eating disorder recovery coaching. She is also the Creator of the Eating Disorder Recovery Speakers podcast. She struggled with anorexia from the ages of 12 –24 and hopes to make the philosophy, tools and inspiration that helped her recover accessible to those still suffering. An Alumna of The Renfrew Centers of Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey, Kristen credits her recovery for everything good in her life, including her career and close friendships.
