The Renfrew Center of Bethesda invites alumni, friends, families, and the community to join us for a free workshop.
Sometimes it feels almost impossible to know who we are anymore. We get lost in the labels we put on ourselves, the roles we take on in our families and communities, and for some of us, the identity of an eating disorder. Not only are we expected to wear many hats, we have to look good doing it, especially on social media.
This workshop will explore the realities of trying to make ourselves fit into societal expectations and managing many different roles. At the conclusion of the evening, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of who they are at their core, ready to lead a life consistent with their values, and having affirmed their identity.
Facilitated by: Rebecca Berman, LCSW-C, CEDS, MLSP
