Site Director - Baltimore, MD

The Renfrew Center of Baltimore, MD has an opening for a Site Director.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Implementation and ongoing management of all components of the site, including:
    • daily clinical and administrative operations, human resource management, fiscal oversight, oversight of utilization review function, quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team. 
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Team Leaders.
  • Ensure that documentation compliance requirements are met consistently.
