Admissions/ UR Coordinator - Brentwood, TN
The Renfrew Center of Brentwood, TN currently has a full-time, benefits eligible Admissions/Utilization Review Coordinator
Admissions Responsibilities: Conducting psychosocial assessments to determine an appropriate level of care recommendation; completing all relevant admission chart paperwork, including pre-certification with insurance/managed care company and collateral contacts with referring professionals and distributing same to all relevant departments. Work collaboratively with patients, families and referral sources toward patient acceptance of the level of care recommendation and admission to services. This position may also include some direct patient care, such as case management services and/or facilitating groups and therapeutic meals.
UR Responsibilities: Obtain current information on each patient’s clinical progress from various sources and present complete and appropriate clinical information to managed care companies; understand and present acuity, rationale for continued stay, treatment goals and discharge criteria; maintain accurate and complete documentation; write financial agreements/addendum and review with patient and/or family; and maintain ongoing communication with the treatment team.
Requirements: Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work required. A minimum of two years training/working in a residential or health care facility required. Previous experience working with eating disordered patients is highly preferred.

Registered Dietitian - Charlotte, NC
The Renfrew Center of Charlotte, NC has an opening for a full-time, benefits eligible Registered Dietitian.
Responsibilities: Performing nutritional assessments of clients; counseling patients on the principles of well balanced nutrition in individual sessions; conducting group nutrition discussions; and evaluating Renfrew's menu/meal plan.
Requirements: You must be a Registered Dietitian in the state of North Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics. This position requires 2-3 years experience as a dietitian, experience with eating disorders preferred. This is a 40 hours per week position, with some evenings required.

Insurance/Financial Coordinator - Coconut Creek, FL
The Renfrew Center of Florida has an immediate opening for a full-time, benefits eligible Insurance/Financial Coordinator in the Admissions Department.
Responsibilities: Verifies insurance benefits, maintains knowledge of various health benefit plans, and communicates changes in insurance benefits/plans. Works closely with patients and families regarding their insurance coverage and financial obligations, during the admission process and while in treatment. Coordinates with UR and treatment teams regarding change in level of care and/or when benefits exhaust or terminate. Responsible for ongoing collection of monies to fulfill financial commitments.
Requirements: A Bachelors degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of mental health/medical insurance benefits, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team setting. Site Director - Dallas, TX
The Renfrew Center of Dallas, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time, benefits eligible Site Director.
Responsibilities: The Site Director is responsible for the successful implementation, ongoing management and market growth for all components of The Renfrew Center site for which s/he is accountable. This includes but is not limited to:
Daily clinical and administrative operations
Human Resource Management
Fiscal oversight
Oversight of utilization review function including participation in managed care appeal process
Quality management to ensure continued licensure and Joint Commission accreditation.
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with co-workers, clients, patients, vendors and referral sources.
The Site Director will work collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor and HR to ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, manage the admission and discharge processes, monitor/facilitate charting and auditing processes, conduct performance evaluations of site staff and provide direction for resolution of clinical/operational and staff challenges.
The success of the Site Director is measured through the achievement of established financial goals and operational metrics.
Education/Experience: Psy.D. or PhD preferred; MA, MSW, MBA, MHA, MPH required.
Minimum of 5 years upper management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting. Clinical skills, preferably in behavioral medicine/arts and/or eating disorders are preferred. A high degree of organizational, analytical skills and decision-making abilities are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Knowledge of reimbursement issues, including knowledge of managed care environment preferred. Familiarity with managing budgets and P&L's is preferred.
Competency in use of various computer applications including complete Microsoft Office Suite and experience with medical management software are preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, and/or other appropriate state licensure. Managed care credentialing is preferred.

Responsibilities: Support nursing staff as they manage behavioral and psychological problems in the milieu.
