Quality Management Manager - Atlanta, GA

The Renfrew Center of Atlanta, GA has an immediate opening for a full time, benefits eligible Quality Management Manager.

Responsibilities: Oversight and coordination of all functions of Quality Management, including but not limited to:

  • State licensing requirements in all states where Renfrew operates
  • Joint Commission accreditation and survey activities for the entire organization

Responsibilities: Conducting psychosocial assessments to determine an appropriate level of care recommendation; completing all relevant admission chart paperwork, including pre-certification with insurance/managed care company and collateral contacts with referring professionals and distributing same to all relevant departments. Work collaboratively with patients, families and referral sources toward patient acceptance of the level of care recommendation and admission to services. Responsibilities: The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the management of the overall payroll function including but not limited to: processing weekly paychecks, preparing various payroll reports, and supporting the Human Resources team with technical administrative duties, and various projects.  Ensures accurate processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations in the payroll systems, ADP. Audits W-4s, payroll balance sheets, and YTD earnings. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge and compliance of all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws for all states of operation. Ability to identify payroll issues, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities: Obtain current information on each patient’s clinical progress from various sources including weekly treatment team rounds and medical records. Present complete and appropriate clinical information to managed care companies. Understand and present acuity, rationale for continued stay, treatment goals and discharge criteria. Responsibilities: Performing psychiatric evaluations; providing psychiatric leadership and direction; ongoing psychopharmacological management; conducting peer reviews with managed care companies; and working within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements:  Must have current Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey. Previous experience working with patients with eating disorders is preferred. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Hours:  8 hours per week (one 8 hour day 11:00am – 7:00pm or two 4 hour days 10:00am – 2:00pm and 5:00pm to 9:00pm.)
